Cancellation Policy

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for enrolment in the GCSE Maths Mastery: 10-Week Exam Prep course. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms. Eligibility This course is designed for GCSE students preparing for their exams. A parent or guardian must complete the enrolment for students under 18. Course Structure & Access The course consists of weekly 2-hours live online sessions over a 10-week period. Students will receive assignments, study resources, and past paper practice as part of the course. Course materials are for personal use only and must not be distributed or shared. Attendance & Participation Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions to maximise learning. If a student misses a session, summary notes will be provided, but recordings will not be available for safeguarding reasons. Active participation in lessons and assignments is encouraged to ensure progress. Payments Payment must be made in full before the course start date. No refunds are available once the course has commenced. Cancellations No refunds will be given once the course has started. If the tutor cancels a session, an alternative date or replacement session will be arranged. Student Behaviour & Conduct All students must behave respectfully towards tutors and peers. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund. Bullying, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated. Technology & Equipment Students must have a stable internet connection, a laptop/tablet, and access to Google Meets. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they can access the sessions. Tutor Qualifications & Safeguarding All tutors are DBS-checked and have experience in private tutoring and education. The course is conducted in a safe, professional online environment. Limitation of Liability While we strive to help students improve their GCSE performance, we cannot guarantee specific grade outcomes. We are not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that may affect participation. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms as necessary.
